Yesterday, HouGarden had the pleasure of visiting Bayleys Christchurch, located just across from the iconic Hagley Park — a green heart of the city known for its tree-lined avenues, wide open spaces, and, in spring, breathtaking cherry blossoms.
During the visit, the team gathered for an engaging presentation, providing an excellent opportunity to showcase HouGarden’s latest initiatives and to discuss how our multilingual, data-driven platform connects agents with motivated buyers, particularly within Auckland and New Zealand’s multicultural communities.
HouGarden’s representative also had the chance to meet with Tess Rennie, recently named National Administrator of the Year at the Bayleys conference. Tess offered invaluable insights and posed thoughtful challenges, sparking ideas and discussions around problem-solving and future opportunities for collaboration.
The session underscored the value of connecting with local experts and building relationships that strengthen agent capabilities. HouGarden thanks the Bayleys Christchurch team for their warm welcome and looks forward to continuing collaboration, supporting agents to reach diverse audiences and maximize engagement across the property market.
