HouGarden is a pioneering property technology platform born out of a gap in the market for Asian families in New Zealand and Australia. Named "HouGarden" (meaning "backyard" in Mandarin), the platform was created to offer a supportive digital space where newcomers could navigate their new environment and find a home.Over time, HouGarden evolved by integrating advanced tools such as automated valuation models, zoning visualizations, and AI-driven chat features in 14 languages. By 2024, it expanded into Australia, becoming the #1 property portal for Asian families in both regions.
