Earlier this week, New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Waikato, led by Simone Jonelle Cronin, hosted an inspiring brand engagement event that brought together local partners, suppliers, and industry professionals from across the region.
The session featured a fast-paced “one-minute brand vision” segment, inviting each participant to introduce their brand, values, and aspirations. While some speakers—ourselves included—took slightly longer than a minute, every presentation was rich in insight and energy, capturing the true spirit of collaboration.
Among the attendees was Waikato Mayor Susan O’Regan, who joined the gathering to acknowledge the collective value that local businesses and partners bring to the Sotheby’s brand and to the wider Waikato community. Her presence underscored the region’s commitment to fostering innovation, growth, and strong professional partnerships.
The event was described by participants as “a bit like speed dating — only faster, sharper, and more engaging.” It offered a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and exchange ideas in an environment designed to spark synergy and shared ambition.
The Waikato team’s initiative not only highlighted the power of connection but also reinforced the importance of collaboration in driving brand excellence and regional success.
“It was a fantastic reminder that when we come together with purpose, great ideas and partnerships are born,” one attendee reflected.
