My first official visit to a Sydney real estate branch was an exhilarating experience, marking the beginning of many more to come—one office down, 12,000+ to go!
I had the pleasure of exploring the city with my driver and guide, Mark Stone, touring from North Sydney through the Northwest and onto Hornsby. Our journey concluded at Ray White Hornsby, part of the globally renowned Ray White Upper North Shore network.
The energy and professionalism of the team were immediately evident. From the bustling office floor to the thoughtful interactions with each agent, it was inspiring to see a team operating at such high performance. I was warmly welcomed with a Kiwi chant, adding a personal and fun touch to the visit. Adding to the excitement, we were delighted by a surprise guest—fully dressed up! (10 points to anyone who can guess who it was!)
During my visit, I had the chance to connect one-on-one with key team members, including Lorraine Johnson, Eddie Yiu, Tim Latham, Barry Hudson, and the rest of the Hornsby team. We discussed market trends, buyer engagement strategies, and the ways HouGarden supports agents in reaching multicultural audiences, including high-intent Asian buyers both locally and internationally.
It was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and witness firsthand the dedication and enthusiasm of the Ray White Hornsby team. I am excited about working closely together in the months ahead to unlock new opportunities and deliver exceptional results for buyers, sellers, and agents alike.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome and vibrant hospitality—it was a day full of insight, inspiration, and community spirit.
