Papakura, New Zealand – HouGarden recently had the pleasure of meeting with the Ray White Papakura team to share insights and explore strategies to enhance property marketing across the region. The session provided an in-depth look at user activity on our platform, highlighting trends, engagement, and preferences of buyers actively searching for properties in Papakura.


During the presentation, HouGarden discussed detailed analytics on individual listings, demonstrating how data-driven insights can help agents tailor their marketing strategies, increase visibility, and better serve vendors. A particular focus was placed on extending reach within the Asian community, a key segment of buyers actively engaging with listings through HouGarden’s multilingual platform.
