HouGarden was proud to be part of Harcourts HX 2025, held at Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre. The annual HX Conference is one of the most anticipated events on the real estate calendar, bringing together Harcourts’ nationwide network of agents, property managers, leaders, and partners.


Highlights from HX 2025


This year’s theme focused on customer experience and the powerful impact of how we make people feel. From international speaker Lauren Parsons on the “3 C’s of Customer Service” (Confidence, Composure, Communication) to practical workshops and leadership panels, HX delivered insights that will shape the future of property management in New Zealand.


Key discussions revolved around:


  • Improving communication with clients and tenants
  • Proactive maintenance and better use of technology
  • Building trust through personal and professional interactions
  • Recognising excellence across the Harcourts network at the national awards


HouGarden’s Role


Being at HX gave HouGarden the opportunity to connect with Harcourts professionals and highlight how we support their work every day.


We showcased how HouGarden helps agents and property managers by:
