
HouGarden has entered a long-term strategic partnership with CMS Group (Construction Marketing Service) to strengthen links between New Zealand’s mainstream construction sector and fast-growing Asian markets. The collaboration centres on two flagship initiatives: co-hosting the Asian Construction Expo (ACE) twice a year and co-managing the Chinese-language edition of Product Spec, a technical content platform for building products and compliance.
“Specification confidence grows when technical information is presented in the audience’s first language without losing local code nuance,” a HouGarden spokesperson said. “By pairing always-on technical content with twice-yearly in-person forums, we’re shortening the path from discovery to decision.”
A CMS Group representative added: “The combination of ACE and Product Spec (Chinese) creates a year-round bridge between innovation and adoption. Manufacturers gain clearer market signals, and project teams get faster, more reliable answers.”
